Hi, I’m Jessica, the heart and hands behind Em & Evie Clay Co. — a mama of two girls, a firefighter’s wife, and a former teacher who found a new kind of creativity through polymer clay.

For years, my days were spent in the classroom, pouring my heart into teaching and the people around me. But after becoming a mama to my two girls, Em & Evie, I found myself craving a creative outlet of my own. What started as a little hobby quickly became something I fell completely in love with.

There’s something so special about taking a simple piece of clay and turning it into something beautiful, wearable, and completely unique. I love the process — dreaming up the designs, choosing the colors, shaping every little detail, and watching an idea come to life in my hands.

Em & Evie Clay Co. was born from that love, but it’s also inspired by the two little girls who mean the world to me. They remind me every day to create with joy, embrace the little things, and make something beautiful out of the ordinary.

As a full time working mom and a firefighter’s wife, life can be wonderfully busy and a little bit chaotic. This little business has given me a space to slow down, create, and do something that feels like me. Every pair of earrings is handmade with love, a little bit of my personality, and a whole lot of heart.
